DSPro LLC ("DSPro," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and their employees. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the DSPro platform (DSPowner) at dsproapp.com and dspowner.com, our mobile apps, and the DSPro Sync browser extension.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and company information.

Driver & Fleet Data: You provide driver names, performance scores, schedules, van information, inspection records, and written warnings. This data belongs to you.

Files sent by DSPro Sync: If you use the DSPro Sync extension, it sends the Amazon DSP portal reports you download to your DSPro account. See Section 2.

Usage Data: We may collect basic usage analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the platform.

Payment Information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. DSPro never stores your credit card number or payment details.

2. DSPro Sync Browser Extension

DSPro Sync is an optional extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Its single purpose is to send the reports you download from the Amazon Logistics DSP portal to your own DSPro account, so you don't have to upload them by hand.

What it does

It sends nothing to DSPro until you add a sync key from your DSPro account. You can add more than one account (for example, if you run more than one DSP) and choose which one is active; files go only to the active account.
While you are on logistics.amazon.com, it watches for files the portal page downloads or saves.
To catch every download, it also checks the file name and web address of each file your browser downloads. If the file is not a recognized Amazon DSP report downloaded from an Amazon address, it is not sent anywhere.
When you download a recognized report — such as the associate roster, scorecards, quality, safety, customer delivery feedback, POD, DVIC, vehicle, leaderboard, payment or invoice reports — it sends a copy of that file to your active DSPro account over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your normal download is not changed and still lands in your Downloads folder.
To get that copy, it may re-request the same file from Amazon using the portal session already open in your browser. Your Amazon password, cookies and login details are never sent to DSPro.

What it stores on your computer

The DSPro accounts you add (the name you give each one and its sync key) and which one is active, in the browser's extension storage. If you use browser sync, your browser may sync these to your other signed-in browsers.
A list of the last 20 files it sent (file name, report type, week, size, time and account), shown in the extension's window.
A short troubleshooting list of the last 12 downloads it checked — the file name, the website address it came from, and whether it was sent — so you can see why a file was or wasn't sent. This can include downloads from other websites. It is shown only in the extension's window and is never sent to DSPro.
These lists stay on your device. Removing the extension deletes them.

What it does not do

It does not collect your browsing history, read pages on other websites, record keystrokes, or collect passwords.
It does not show ads, and we do not sell or rent any data it handles.

The data in the reports

Amazon portal reports can include your drivers' names, Transporter IDs, and delivery and safety performance figures. We use this data only to provide DSPro's features to your account — for example, updating your driver roster and scorecards — and it is treated as your Driver & Fleet Data under this policy.

The use of information received from the DSPro Sync extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use or transfer this data for any purpose other than providing DSPro Sync and the DSPro platform to you, and no humans read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or where required by law.

Turning it off

Remove the extension from your browser, or remove your account (✕) in its window, and it stops sending files immediately. To delete files it already sent, remove them from your DSPro account or contact us (see Section 6).

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the DSPro platform
To process your subscription and send billing-related communications
To respond to support requests and customer service inquiries
To send product updates and feature announcements (you may opt out at any time)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Supabase for database hosting and Stripe for payment processing. Both are bound by strict data processing agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Data at rest is encrypted on SOC 2 Type 2 certified infrastructure. Access is controlled by row-level security policies that ensure your data is isolated from all other customers.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us at support@dsproapp.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at support@dsproapp.com to exercise these rights.

DSPro is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
